Pros of Blue Apron:
- Try new recipes that you wouldn't otherwise think of trying.
Don't have the stress of coming up with meals for self and family.
Bonding over meal prep.
- Some of the recipes do require time and effort - they are often a 2-person job. You have to enjoy cooking!
If you want to skip a week, you have to do it 7 days in advance. After forgetting to pause the service a couple times, I eventually went in and just defaulted to skipping each week and turning the service on only when I know I'll be around.
Not much customization when it comes to meals. There's vegetarian and omnivore. This service is NOT for picky eaters or those with a lot of food allergies.
