Strict Voter ID Laws Being Struck Down

Stricter Voter ID And Other Voting Laws Rolled Back In Slew Of Court Decisions

Rushing to establish the rules of the road for the upcoming national elections, federal courts in recent weeks have issued a cascade of decisions rolling back restrictive voting laws enacted in the aftermath of a major Supreme Court decision.

I have never liked these new restrictive laws, and then watch Administrators with glee in their eyes restrict voter ID access or close ID offices all together. There is insufficient evidence of voter impersonation fraud to justify the voter ID laws.

The last few times I've voted the poll workers have said, "Oh, next time you'll have to ___". I always said, "No, that law is unconstitutional and is going to be struck down."
