"The Definitive Guide to Homemade Hummus"

Post #1 by 7rob7 » October 27th, 2013, 9:01 am

Well, it's not NC or Q-related, but we're an inventive bunch and I figured one of us could come up with an NC hummus if we put our mind to it…

Regardless, these sound great! (And easy.)

There's nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be; it's easy.

Here is my suggestion:

1 can large limas
1/3 cup Texas Pete hot sauce
1 tea spoon red pepper flakes
2 tbl spoons of fresh stump likker - (or substitute apple cider vinegar, if your only liquor is tax paid)
1 clove-sized chunk of white onion.

Smear that shit on a cat head biscuit, then add a huge chunk of boiled cured ham, and you are in business!
